inhale the way you inhale via straw and count 4 and exhale the same way and
keep this cycle on for four counts.
4. Yoga breathing can also boost the lung
capacity and you might be aware of it. You just need to close your eyes and
focus on the breathing cycles.
5. You should try exercises to relax and loosen
up your muscles. You can try stretching exercises for chest, neck and face.
